Quality Improvement

AccessMatters works with providers to identify opportunities and avenues to improve health care services and outcomes. Our goal is to ensure providers deliver a consistently high quality of care that respects the patient’s individual and cultural differences, and ultimately, improves health outcomes while lowering overall costs. By implementing our quality improvement methodologies, we enable our providers to achieve this goal.

Our patient-centered approach doesn’t just promote teamwork, it galvanizes staff in the delivery of quality care and engages leadership as part of a facilitated learning collaborative with AccessMatters staff, consultants, and with other AccessMatters network partners. Examples of quality improvement work includes: analysis of clinic flow, identification of best practices for service delivery, and implementation tracking for quality standards of care.
