Join us on November 30th for our 2016 Leading the Way Conference. Philadelphia’s maternal morbidity rate of 27.4 deaths per 100,000 live births is one of the highest in the nation. Leading the Way 2016 endeavors to address this disparity by helping build partnerships between sexual and reproductive health and behavioral health organizations to provide better access to care for more teens and women. At this conference, sexual/reproductive health and behavioral health practitioners will be introduced to tools for screening patients and best practices for making referrals. They will also spend time networking and building referral relationships. Workshops will address working with people at higher risk, such as teens and individuals who suffer from addiction.
This conference is recommended for clinical, programmatic and administrative staff working in Title X family planning, HIV, STD, adolescent sexual health, and/or behavioral health agencies or programs.
