“CPR: The Racial Microaggressions Reparative Response Model” is a novel response model co-developed by Kira Manser Keenan, Jaymie Campbell, and Shannon Criniti. It was developed for individuals to implement after they commit a microaggression, and is intended to guide people through a series of steps that centers the feelings of the person or people who were harmed through the microaggression, while initiating a process of accountability and relationship repair.

This model, and the accompanying infographic developed by Lexx Brown-James, is free to use and circulate in full with proper citations. If you or your workplace are interested in receiving a training on implementation of this model, please contact training@accessmatters.org.
