As a public health agency, we have a key role to play during this pandemic — in supporting clients who need critical healthcare information and the dedicated healthcare providers who continue to serve our community. AccessMatters has resumed most operations remotely as of Tuesday, March 24.

  • We are moving towards getting our hotline up and running remotely as soon as possible. Once operational, AccessMatters’ Information Hotline can be reached at 215-985-3300 or by texting “AskItMatters” to 66746.
  • All community-facing services remain suspended until further notice when we determine they can be offered in a way that is safe for the community and our staff – this includes our testing, counseling, and navigation services.
  • We are working closely with our healthcare providers to support them in providing care and information in safe and innovative ways.
